While working at office in front of the computer we are not very conscious about our sitting posture. The pressure at work also adds up. Yoga is very old form of physical activity that is there in the world for many years. This is not only an exercise but also an art. After learning this can be always practiced at home anytime. Hence we do not have to go to the gym and spend lot of money. This also cures diseases.

Unlike meditation traveling is another form of meditation and physical activity. This helps to test the limits of our body by going to hard places. This teaches us to cope up with adverse weather conditions. That is why by travelling we can understand ourselves. This is particular process to know our sole existence in this planet.

Keeping the mind healthy is also important apart from physical activities. The mind can be kept active through eating certain food or exercising. For improving the mind power food such as almonds, ladyfinger and carrot are very good. Apart from this we can read books with will improve concentration and knowledge. Meditation is another form of improving the brain activity.

In order to keep good health it is very important to understand our lifestyle. This means how we are living in this planet and with our family members in the house. At the time of sages people used their sense of smell and touch to understand a food before eating. They always study the benefits of any ingredient before consuming.

Humans are capable of many things however we have lost our instinct. There were times when we came up the ladder in the food chain. The irony is today we are not fit enough to survive in a forest.
