Not only will there be certain foods that cannot be used but it's clear that different culinary methods are going to have to be cast aside. For example, instead of utilizing whole milk, you may be better off utilizing skim or 2%, since these are typically viewed as healthier options by comparison. You may find that salt and the like cannot be brought into meals for diabetic consumers. Does this necessarily mean that the idea of flavor has to be tossed out of the proverbial window?
